A proposta de um restaurante acess\u00edvel no centro da cidade n\u00e3o teve o retorno esperado. Ap\u00f3s dois anos de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o, a fam\u00edlia reformulou os processos sem perder a ess\u00eancia da comida caseira.
